The Little Barn & Hayloft

Welcome to The Little Barn, our charming 250-year-old venue perfect for intimate wedding ceremonies with up to 35 guests. The Hayloft, our newly refurbished space on the upper floor, offers a birds-eye view for an additional 15 guests and can accommodate up to 70 people for your wedding breakfast and / or evening celebration. With the flexibility to use both spaces as you wish, The Little Barn is the ideal setting for weddings ranging from 35 to 70 guests offering flexibility and rustic elegance for your special day and ‘I do’s’.

The Hayloft

We recognise that every wedding is unique and tailored to the happy couple’s preferences, who want to design their special day exactly as they envision it. With this in mind, we have introduced our Simply Hire package, enabling you to do just that. We offer a venue hire fee that gives couples a blank canvas and flexibility to allow them to start creating.

Our package includes hire of the Little Barn and Hayloft. Our chefs have created a suite of menus from canapes and street food to formal 3 course wedding breakfasts options, the choices are completely yours and priced for you to select within your budget. Our package offers you flexibility to use your own caterers, the choices really are all yours. Wedding planners, and local providers including florists, photographer’s, DJs & planners are all on hand if desired.

​Introducing Our New Tripleseat - Enquiry & Booking Platform

Our interactive platform enables you to build your own quote and tailor your event to your budget, at the touch of your fingertips. Once booked our couples receive their own personal booking portal which provides immediate and direct access to the venue, as well as all of their documents, booking information and all email communications conveniently located in one place.

Build your own quote & Direct Booking

Select your preferred date and setting and follow the prompts with your selections and build a quote, it’s as easy as that. 

To submit the quote for availability, payment details will be requested, please note no payment is made or required at this stage

Information Request

Complete the lead form with your details and submit and we will respond with a quote for you and an indication of availability.​

Useful information

  • Set up and take down times will apply depending on your requirement. Check for details.

  • Bedroom arrival is 3pm and departure 10am.

  • Breakfast is served Mon to Fri 7am to 10am, Sat & Sun 8am to 10.30am, private breakfasts can be arranged.

  • External caterers will be required to provide their own kitchen area and equipment for the event.

  • External providers of alcohol are not permitted, in conjunction with licensing regulations. A full bar service is included within your hire charge.

  • An event contract will be issued before completing your booking for your review and acceptance.

  • At the time of booking a non-refundable 20% deposit will be required, periodic payments will be required throughout the lead up to your booking in conjunction with your terms and conditions.

  • Cancellation terms will be in conjunction with the deposit structure in your terms and conditions.

Vaulted high ceilings and original beams make The Heritage Barn simply stunning, and the perfect setting for small intimate weddings.

The Heritage Barn is licensed for civil ceremonies up to 35 and seats up to 40 guests for a Wedding Breakfast.
