Stay Essentials
Leaving
Check out is 10am
All good things do come to an end and when your departure time comes, simply vacate your room, and pop your key over to us or pop it in the key box at the main hotel building and you can get on your way. It’s as easy as that.
Keys
During your stay you should keep your room key with you. Any lost keys will carry a replacement charge of £50.00 to cover the cost to change the locks.
Pets
We are a dog friendly hotel. We ask that your pet is not left alone in your room and kept on a lead in public areas.
Damages
Any damage / breakages that may occur during your stay will be chargeable. We will make you aware of any such costs incurred and these charges will be automatically deducted from your payment card and receipts issued.
Smoking
Smoking/ Vaping is not permitted throughout any of our buildings. Designated smoking areas can be found around the premises.
In rooms where guests have been found to have smoked a deep cleaning charge of £50.00 will be applied.
We hope this covers the ‘essential information’ for your stay and thank you for choosing The Farmhouse at Fincham. If there is anything further we can help with then please do get in touch, with the team.
